At The Willow Tree Foundation, we provide compassionate support for individuals navigating the complex and deeply personal journey of grief.
There is no right or wrong way to grieve. Everyone experiences loss differently, and healing takes time. Our goal is to provide a safe and understanding space where people can talk openly, share their feelings, and feel supported by others who understand the experience of loss.
A Gentle Path Through Grief
Grief can bring a wide range of emotions – sadness, anger, confusion, loneliness, and even moments of guilt or uncertainty. Many people find comfort in having a place where they can speak honestly about these feelings without fear of judgement.

Walking With Grief
Our Walking With Grief programme offers a gentle and supportive space for those experiencing bereavement.
This programme encourages participants to explore their grief at their own pace, supported by compassionate guidance and the presence of others who are walking a similar path. Through shared conversation, reflection, and time spent in nature, Walking With Grief helps individuals process loss and begin to find moments of healing.
Participants often find comfort in the shared understanding and connection that the programme provides.
Weeping Willow Programme
The Weeping Willow Programme is a compassionate and reflective initiative designed to support individuals on their journey through grief, healing, and emotional wellbeing. Inspired by the symbolic strength and resilience of the weeping willow tree—long associated with reflection, renewal, and quiet endurance—it offers a safe and nurturing space to process experiences, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with a sense of purpose.
Through guided support, meaningful activities, and a focus on personal growth, the programme empowers participants to move forward at their own pace. Whether navigating loss, life transitions, or emotional challenges, the Weeping Willow Programme provides understanding, structure, and hope—helping individuals find strength even in life’s most difficult moments.
