Nettleton Parish Community Apple Day

Autumn time brings us an abundance of apples and we are blessed with many apple trees on our smallholding and around the Parish.

So what better way to bring local residents together to transform apples into goodies – apple crisps, juice, cider & bird feeders.

At this free community event, we will be providing equipment, including pulpers and juicers, corers and spiralisers for people of all ages to get hands on.  Just bring your own apples and get pressing!

There will be some jars / beakers for you to purchase to take your juice away on the day – but please also bring your own bottles.

We will be providing hot drinks and there will be cakes to purchase.  Additionally, there will be a Tombola to win some goodies!  All proceeds will go towards fundraising for the charity.

It will be a fun day for all the family & our alpacas will enjoy the extra attention!
